Pork and Apple Flatbread

The perfect crowd pleasing appetizer or meal. There is no wrong way to make flatbread. Use store-bought shells or make your own, whatever you have the energy or time for is the right choice.


  • 1 package Pork and Apple Stapleton Sausage
  • 4 flatbread pizza crusts
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup liquid honey
  • Olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 425° F
  • Pan fry or BBQ sausage
  • Drizzle olive oil over crusts and brush evenly
  • Slice cooked sausage and arrange over the 4 flatbreads
  • Add sliced apples and crumble about 25 grams of goat cheese per pizza or to your preference
  • Bake for 8-10 mins
  • Add chopped walnuts and a small handful of arugula
  • Drizzle with honey
