Keeping it local

We work hard at Stapleton Sausage Co. to ensure the highest quality in all our prepared meats, most of which comes from animals raised in the Fraser Valley.

Commitment to quality

From each of our suppliers, we choose lean cuts of meat (not trimmings), natural casings, and quality ingredients to create our sausages and donairs. It’s this process that makes our product much lower in fat than other sausage on the market. Preservatives are not used in any of our product, so everything is flash frozen to guarantee absolute freshness. Our sausages are also gluten free and contain no MSG or nitrates!

Bison, Beef, and Lamb

Our pork is sourced from Johnston’s in Chilliwack where they hold the highest ethical standards in their processing. Our beef and lamb is sourced from Meadow Valley Meats in Pitt Meadows, a locally owned supplier of quality meat products that has been serving customers in BC for over 40 years.

Poultry

We purchase locally raised chicken and turkey (unless supply is limited in which case turkey comes from Granny’s in Manitoba) from A&S Poultry who pride themselves on providing products from naturally sourced farms, guaranteed to be fresh and the highest quality. Our local duck comes from Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry where they believe in providing only the highest quality poultry to their customers.

Pork
